Memos: Learning from History A Collaborative Initiative

CommonWell Intl supports the Memos Project as it gathers the stories from the “rescuers” of the 1994 genocide -- those who risked their lives and those of their families to rescue strangers and hide them from harm, feed them and care for them. Memos also offers peace building efforts and facilitates dialogue group circles with survivors.

Rwanda Emergency Assistance Fund

CommonWell Intl maintains a fund for emergency use during unexpected crises. Recently we assisted an elderly widow rescuer whose home was flooded and destroyed.
